I had An Accident provides us with their 13th release, Heart Heart Julia’s “Soundtrack for Anthropologie.” An album with two 30-minute guitar solos bearing resemblance to the style of Thurston Moore. The first track “after the rain” is a reworking of Nelson’s classic hit, and auditory interpretation of the music video. The second track “An Urban Outfitter” captures the essence of what it means to be an outfitter in the urban scene of Boston, Massachusetts, complete with two radios intertwining and mingling with the electric guitar. We are left with typical hip-hop, dunkin donuts, and the Red Sox, a true Boston experience. The album has been submitted to be played in Anthropologie stores nationwide. Artwork was designed and developed by the Annapolis Chosen. Limited copies have been produced in collector’s boxes. Available at www.ihadanaccidentrecords.com on September 9th for $7 ppd.
We are also going to release the “lord did she sing” album that was recorded way back in March of 2007. It is our favorite release we’ve done and are very excited for it. The album will be released in October.
