I recently received a letter from the Debt Management Services of Bankers Life and Casualty reporting that I have an outstanding balance of $50.73 to the Conseco Company. Although I am not familiar with what my Agent Number is at this time the RE: portion of the letter has N4628.
I am confused about the reported outstanding balance, or more appropriately why I have an outstanding balance. I never received any payment from the Conseco Company or Bankers Life and Casualty in the two weeks I was working with them. I received a direct deposit amount of .01 cent in July 2008 and have not had any other deposits into my banking account since then. I will need you to provide me evidence that you have deposited money into my bank account as my bank account has no evidence of this; or inform me on what happened to give me the $50.73 of debt with the Conseco company.
